Project Vision: A Meticulous Fusion of Classical Boiserie and Bespoke Modern Opulence

Project Description:
Executed as a complete turnkey fit-out, Naglaa Villa is a sophisticated residence that balances classic architectural detailing with bold, contemporary choices. The design is a testament to the seamless orchestration of bespoke luxury, showcasing APCO’s ability to create unified yet distinct spatial narratives. Throughout the home, meticulous craftsmanship is evident, from the intricate white boiserie that defines the formal spaces to the custom-engineered joinery and dramatic lighting applications. The circulation, guided by a private elevator with integrated marble and metal finishes, links intimate quarters with grand reception halls, culminating in an experience of unparalleled comfort and elegance.

Design Narrative:
The journey begins with a dramatic double-height atrium, where a mezzanine floor, screened by continuous dark wood-framed arched mirrors, overlooks a formal lounge. This zone is a masterpiece of curation, juxtaposing soft white architectural lines with rich, deep-toned velvet furnishings in orange and green, a striking blue crystal chandelier, and detailed Persian rugs.

Moving deeper into the home, the formal living area utilizes white panel molding as a timeless backdrop for modern comforts. Custom, backlit dark wood shelving units are seamlessly integrated into the walls, flanking a statement flat-screen TV above a clean, linear fireplace. This area perfectly exemplifies APCO’s fusion concept, blending classical aesthetics with smart home features.

The private quarters feature a stunning, circular walk-in dressing chamber, a highlight of spatial planning. Built-in, open-shelf cabinetry and mirrored wardrobes wrap around a central dressing island, crowned by an opulent tiered crystal chandelier. A separate makeup vanity with glass shelving and integrated lighting ensures functional elegance.

The private lift itself is an architectural feature, framed by book-matched white marble with subtle brass inlays and a dark wood header panel, creating a continuous thread of luxury between levels. The master bathroom continues this theme, utilizing massive slabs of premium white marble, defined by geometric black borders, to create a spa-like retreat. Symmetry reigns here, with dual vanities set against backlit panels, all unified by a grand crystal chandelier positioned over the soaking tub.

Private Lift Refinement: The installation of a high-end private lift with a signature matte-gold door finish and a bespoke architectural surround of marble, wood, and brass.
