Executed with unwavering dedication to palatial luxury, Soltan Villa stands as a masterpiece of neo-classical architecture and ornate turnkey fit-out. APCO has delivered a residence that is less a home and more an embodiment of royalty and grandeur. Every square inch of this sprawling estate is meticulously crafted to evoke feelings of awe and prestige. The design relies on a rich, warm palette of golds, beiges, and polished marble, contrasted against sophisticated dark stone borders and bespoke metalwork. From the breathtaking double-height foyer to the intricately detailed private majlis, the standard of execution remains uncompromisingly high.

Design & Fit-Out Highlights:
The Grand Entrance & Foyer:
The arrival experience is centered on a stunning double-height foyer. The floor features a massive, flawlessly executed book-matched white marble inlay surrounded by polished black marble borders, defining a regal path. The ceiling features a central dome with soft cove lighting, crowning a magnificent multi-tiered crystal chandelier. APCO installed a bespoke curved glass partition framed in ornate gold-tone metal, gracefully separating the main entrance from the formal reception areas.

Vertical Circulation & Elevator: The villa features a luxurious modern elevator integrated seamlessly into a decorative shaft. The shaft itself is a feature of architectural lighting and glass paneling with dark wood trim, defined by glass balustrades. The elevator doors are finished in custom-fabricated brushed copper/bronze, adding a luxurious industrial touch to the classical surrounding.

The Formal Majlis & Reception: These areas are a showcase of extreme craftsmanship. APCO executed complex, multi-level coffered ceiling works, heavily accented with precise gold leaf gilding, detailed coving, and massive, statement crystal chandeliers that provide a warm, dramatic glow. The walls are finished in sophisticated light-beige boiserie-style paneling, while highly polished, large-format marble floors reflect the ornate ceiling details. Arched doorways and custom curved glass partitions ensure seamless spatial flow.

The Private Dressing Suite: The walk-in wardrobe offers a sleek, sophisticated retreat, utilizing custom-built cabinetry finished in rich, dark wood or charcoal gray. These units feature glass-front doors with continuous integrated LED strip lighting, providing an organized and luxurious display. A central dressing island and a masterfully integrated makeup vanity with a large arched mirror and internal halo-lighting ensure ultimate functional luxury.

Turnkey Fit-Out Mastery (APCO’s Execution):
Complex Ceiling & Gilt Work: Masterful execution of ornate coffered ceilings, domes, and heavy gold leaf gilding, harmonizing with large-scale chandelier installation.

Premium Marble Application: Installation of large-format marble slabs with intricate, precise bordering (black/white contrast) and book-matching techniques for the foyer inlay.

Ornate Metal & Glass Fabrication: Custom design, fabrication, and installation of the signature curved gold-framed glass partitions.

Bespoke Joinery: Precise fabrication and flawless installation of the entire dark-wood dressing room system, including the integrated makeup vanity and continuous internal shelf lighting.

Architectural Lighting Integration: Sophisticated multi-layered lighting (cove lighting, internal cabinet LEDs, halo mirrors, and grand chandeliers) integrated into classical finishes.
